Professional Photography

The importance and power of using eye-catching photography cannot be underestimated. Instructing a professional photographer with the right expertise will make your property stand out from the crowd. Better quality photography will increase the interest and number of viewings. It can increase the sold price and can decrease the time spent on the market. We offer a full professional photography package for £150.00 + VAT.

Brochures

An outstanding property brochure will naturally create excitement and interest – it’s one of the most powerful tools in your advertising box. Once photography is completed, a unique brochure will be designed for you. Featuring multiple, high impact images and all the necessary property information, the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and floor plans. We can also produce 3D floor plans as an added option.

Please Note:

Printed brochures come as an additional cost depending on the format of your chosen brochure design. It involves extra few steps to complete and is billed at point of order. Please see below for more information.

EPC’s: Glasshouse Properties do not produce EPC’s as part of our services. If you do not have an EPC when you sell your home then we will recommend a registered EPC creation specialist individual/company. This is outside of Glasshouse Properties and you will be charged by the individual/company as an additional cost. Please see below for more information.

Regular Property Updates

Nothing is worse than not knowing what’s happening with your house once it’s on the market. As your acting agent, we keep you well informed. We call our vendors regularly with full disclosure of information – recent marketing, viewing activity, Rightmove and Zoopla performance reports / statistics etc.

For Sale Board

This is purely optional, but we do suggest you have a ‘for sale’ board as it increases exposure. If you choose to have a board, we will deliver and install it free of charge

Creation of Floor Plans

We accurately measure your home to produce 2D floor plans.

Viewings Arranged And Conducted By GlassHouse

We handle all of the arrangements necessary to conduct viewings at your property – Monday to Saturday 9am till 5pm

 

Viewing Feedback Within 48 Hours

Once a viewing has taken place, we strive to obtain and relay the feedback to our vendors within 48 hours. If a viewing isn’t successful, the viewing feedback, whether good or bad, is invaluable information to help us improve future viewings and procure offers.

Sales Negotiation

Everyone wants the best price for their home and we pro-actively negotiate to achieve this. An offer may not just be a price for your house; a potential buyer may write all sorts of other things into their offer. They may want some of your furniture, the fridge freezer, curtains, or even your bed. We have years of experience bringing buyers and sellers together to an acceptable and happy figure.
