At GlassHouse, we established ourselves in 2014 as an alternative to the corporate high street estate agent. Our focus is on creating a local “hybrid” company that offers both traditional estate agency services and an online presence, with the ability to switch between the two as per your requirements.
We are a fully independent, owner-managed business, dedicated solely to serving the Herefordshire and the surround counties. While we have two different styles, our aim is always to provide the best possible service. We strongly believe that our clients deserve an estate agent who prioritises their needs, rather than solely focusing on company targets or profit margins. Our reputation is built on customer satisfaction and referrals, and that remains our core value.
We understand that in this modern age, there is no desire for another estate agent on the high street, which is why we do not have a shop front. However, we have an office in the Town Centre of Hereford City which is readily available to our clients.
We recognise that selling a home can be an emotional experience, which is why we strive to make it as stress-free as possible, with ‘glass-like’ transparency every step of the way.
